Day Trips
Hey Guys,
I just got back from a great weekend trip. I went to Pisa and Lucca on Saturday. We took the train to Pisa first. Our tour guide was great he explained the history of the city and pointed out key facts that I would have missed if I went by myself. We saw old ruins, statues form the roman’s, and of course the leaning tower. It is an amazing site! It looks unreal and me just had to take pictures of it. My friends and took some goofy pictures of us acting as if we were pushing it or holding it up. You just have to it is part of the fun. After that we went to Lucca which is a small town with a big history. It a town that is like a fort, because it has a huge wall around it that is pretty amazing. I don’t want to spoil it for you. We had lunch and some gelato here and saw the sites. I liked the architecture and the way it still seemed like a small Italian town.
